how you can configure your X-lite softphone with your sip account.

O-FONE as of now does not provide the O-FONE Softphone for use with Mac OS or Linux.  It may be possible, however, to configure a third party SIP softphone for use with the ZoneFree service. Please note that O-FONE cannot support the installation or use of third party applications and that you do so at your own risk.

You will need a SIP Compatible softphone, and the following information:

User Name: Your O-FONE User Number (e.g 8XXXXXXXX)

Password: Your Password, as received in SMS

Domain: o-fone.com

Domain Proxy: sip.o-fone.com

Step-by-step X-lite installation under Mac OSX

1. Download X-Lite

2. Open the file you've downloaded.

3. Copy X-Lite to your Applications folder.

4. Run X-Lite from the Applications folder.

5. X-Lite will ask if you want to manually configure your iSight, say NO.

6. Click the ADD Button.

7. Fill out the form using your Name, username, and password.

8. Click OK, X-Like should login to the ZoneFree server and you will see 'Ready'
