A: NO, O-FONE sip application is not a replacement for your ordinary telephone or GSM service and you cannot make emergency calls. You still can use your mobile phone for making emergency calls via your Cellular Service Provider as normal.

A: In the end of the registration process you have been asked for hint question and an answer. Please go to "My Account" page and reset your password. A new password will be sent to you to you to your mobile via SMS

A: Goto O-FONE web site and click on "Add Credit" and log into your account using your username and password. Choose a top-up package and confirm the amount by clicking "BUY". Your ZoneFree balance will then be amended accordingly.

A: All on-net calls  to other subscribers in the ZoneFree are free!

A: If you didn't get an SMS after max 24H, Before you contact us check if you entered the correct number at registration, starting with the international code and mobile number. You can confirm this check on "My account page". If your registration details are correct, first ensure that your Inbox on your phone is not full and is capable of receiving messages.

A: The most relevant models supported "Internet Telephony" by Nokia are:
E51, E60, E61/i, E65, E70, N80ie, N81/8GB, N82, E90, N95/8GB, N96

Those model's can be configured to O-FONE network automatically by Special configuration SMS sends over the air (OTA)

A: in case of poor voice quality, please check your wireless connection strength and your ISP connection.

A: Bandwidth values represent the amount of data in the payload of the IP packets. Bandwidth values assume continuous transmission of voice in both direction with no silence suppression.
