ZoneFree™ Virtual IVR
Interactive Voice Response - is a technology that automates interaction with callers. Enterprises are increasingly turning to virtual IVR to reduce the cost special hardware, installation or maintenance. But mostly because there is no geographical limitation of the extension (end-user local place). It can be any place in the world that is connected to the web, or a phone line.
 
ZoneFree™ Virtual DID Phone number
Enables the customer to transfer calls from traditional land-line numbers to VoIP easily with the O-FONE network. The client can forward his Toll-Free or prime office numbers to his new ZoneFree™ DID number and configure in our Virtual IVR as many departments and extensions he wants. Every extension can deliver the call to 'Voice-mail 2 e-mail' or any number the customer decides on: on-Net (free on O-FONE network) or his mobile GSM.

ZoneFree™ Centrex
O-FONE combines all the necessary elements to provide a simple, inexpensive, and high quality IP Centrex solution to its customers. IP Centrex is a set of specialized business solutions that frees the client from the high costs associated with operating and maintaining Centrex equipment on site. Think of this as a telephony outsourcing solution.
O-FONE IP Centrex builds on the traditional benefits of the telephone exchange by combining it with the moderrn elements of IP Telephony, offering an improved way to manage voice solutions. Unlike standard GSM for example, the customer can transfer the call directly to another number, without the need for conference calling. The process is fully automated and friendly.
Hosted IP-Centrex (Virtual IVR) - If you want to supply a small business or global organizations with a full PBX solution, All you need to pay is for usage. The VoIP Reseller system includes a complete hosted soft-switch, billing and customer management system.
